Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservations or date changes will be subject to administrative fees, according to the conditions described below, in accordance with Embratur Normative Deliberation number 161/95. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION WILL BE REFUNDED ACCORDING TO THE RULES BELOW: 90% refund up to 31 days before the arrival date 80% refund from 21 to 30 days before the arrival date 30% refund from 7 to 20 days before the arrival date 0% refund up to 6 days before the arrival date No-show Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the arrival time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RESERVATION! Cancellation after check-in: Cancellation of the stay after check-in, upon arrival at the inn, as well as early departure, mainly due to changes in weather or any other cause beyond the control of our inn, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate. Visits and guests: Respecting the privacy of other guests and the security of the inn, visits and guests will only be allowed with due authorization.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Our payment method is 50% in advance - via bank deposit or credit card charge - and the remainder upon check-in, or 100% in advance. Payments without a credit card can be made in full or in 3 interest-free installments - installments starting from R$ 400.00.
Cash payments made at reception receive a 5% discount; We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. - Prices in Brazilian Reais (R$). All taxes and fees are included in the daily rate.
Daily rates begin at 2 PM and end at 12 PM. If you arrive at 12 PM or even earlier and the apartment is not ready, you can check in and leave your belongings at reception. If the apartment is ready, you can enter it, even before check-in time. We offer complimentary accommodation for one child up to 4 years old sharing the same bed with their parents. We have 24-hour reception service: receptionists from 7 AM to 11 PM and night security from 11 PM to 7 AM.
